How do I book?
Easy! You call our free phone number 0800 94 999 09 and one of our helpful team will talk you through the process and ensure you are looked after every step of the way. You will never deal with any automation or app as we believe in a breakdown situation the human touch is far more reassuring and reliable.
How long will take Easy Rescue to get to me?
We attend in 98% of occasions in under 60 mins. However, we have a service level time of 60-90 mins just in case of traffic and other unavoidable circumstances.
How much will it cost?
We have transparent pricing and we will tell you the exact price at the time of booking. Every situation, vehicle or tyre size is different for example. The price we quote is the price you pay. Our network of experts will then take over and look after you and your vehicle. No hidden costs, No surprises!
How do I pay?
We accept all forms of credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash although we can accept bank transfers by prior agreement. We also offer Easy Pay so you can spread the cost over 4 x 0% interest free, fee free payments.
Will I get a receipt?
All receipts are sent via email following the work taking place. This will have all of the relevant details you will need including details of the service carried out, company registration and VAT number should you need them for insurance or business purposes.
